Lead phlebotomist Ellie (legal name: Arely Arango Ramos) holds an active California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT-1) credential, License #CPT-02356928, issued by the California Department of Public Health Laboratory Field Services and valid through September 14, 2027. She is also a certified Medical Assistant with 5 years of phlebotomy experience including 3+ years as an ER Tech. Mariposa Mobile Phlebotomy is fully insured (CMNF) and HIPAA-compliant.
